Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate wording, event details, and mailing information. Please review all proofs carefully before approving them for print. Emily Hill Design is not responsible for spelling, grammar, dates, addresses, or other errors after final approval has been given.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, patterns, and designs created by Emily Hill Design remain the intellectual property of Emily Hill Design.

Exclusive rights are not included unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Emily Hill Design reserves the right to reuse original artwork and design elements in future products, projects, and marketing materials.

Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used without the written permission of Emily Hill Design.

Color Variation

Colors may vary slightly between digital screens and professionally printed products. Minor variations in color, trimming, paper texture, and other finishing details are considered normal and are not considered defects.

Cancellations & Refunds

The design fee is non-refundable once design work has begun.

Due to the custom nature of personalized artwork and printed products, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered after final proof approval or once printing has begun.

Shipping

Emily Hill Design is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Right to Decline Projects

Emily Hill Design reserves the right to decline or discontinue any project that:

• Infringes upon copyright or trademark laws;
• Closely copies another artist's work or design;
• Contains unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content; or
• Falls outside the scope of services or artistic style offered by Emily Hill Design.
